First when we took our dog in the receptionist asked what kind of dog he was when she was told he is a Jackahuahua she smirked and said thats a first Ive never heard that one before !! WTF.. Then the vet spent literally 5mins on my dog and diagnosed incorrectly and overcharged .. no care and attention whatsoever ABBEY VETS IS BETTER in fact we had to take him up their the nxt day turns his anal glands were full quick squeeze and dog was right as rain 40 worth of antibiotic wasted.
Excellent and very understanding staff. I would recommend to anyone.

We have been going to this surgery for a number of years having left our previous vet due to a bad experience of poor practice.we are very happy with this surgery and trust the staff to look after our dog in a caring and professional manner.we like this practice as the staff are all very experienced and there is little staff turnover, this helps to provideconsistent care from staff who really know your pet. we have recommended to a number of other pet owners.
Shore vets are fabulous! The receptionists are welcoming, friendly and helpful. The surgery itself is lovely and clean.The nurses are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and always have time for a chat.The vets are great and can't be faulted. Mostly I see Deborah and have seen Nigel a couple of times. Both are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, caring and very thorough. Both take their time with check ups and I feel confident leaving the consultation. I highly recommend them.
